Dr. Milind Koli is the CEO and a passionate entrepreneur and researcher focused on IT education across India and Southeast Asia with over three decades of experience in building startups, driving business development and leading research activities in unrepresented regions. He was recently honoured with a Global Doctorate of Excellence for his outstanding contributions to IT education, research, and his dedication to social upliftment and national development.

Dr. Koli began his career as a computer engineer at HCL Technologies’ HOPE Ltd in Pune and later served as the Regional Sales Manager at GES Technologies Ltd, Mumbai, a subsidiary of GES Technologies PTE Ltd (Singapore). Through these roles, he identified unique opportunities for Indian professionals in IT hardware and software services throughout Southeast Asia.

Recognizing growing demand in both IT and hospitality, he co-founded a government-recognized hotel management college in Mumbai. The institution prepares undergraduates for careers in luxury hospitality—including five-star hotels and cruise lines—in destinations such as Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, the UK, and Australia.

Dr. Koli completed his Master’s degree and MBA in Marketing from Newport University, California (USA), with a strong focus on Marketing and International Sales in the IT and Education industries. His extensive channel-management experience—spanning franchising and business development in Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Development—has helped hundreds of students and management professionals receive high-quality training and internships to gain practical, domain-specific experience.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the education sector and more than 1,000 seminars delivered on careers in IT, Hospitality Management, and Engineering, he understands exactly what it takes to build expertise in Data Science and Generative AI. He guides learners to gain the right hands-on project exposure through internships and workshops, and prepares them to succeed in Data Science and Generative AI interviews.

Dr. Koli has also designed a 4-week International Internship – Explore Malaysia Program, grounded in over 10 years of experience with emerging technologies. The program is fully practical and emphasizes extensive hands-on learning through real projects.
